Today, I released the latest version (0.3) of the ArchLinux Development Stack. This version contains a lot of changes to nearly all packages. Most of the packages got renamed and also cleaned up. Another interesting addition to the stack is the Rails package. ArchLinux Rails Package

Sine yesterday I am the official Maintainer of the ArchLinux Rails package, which can still be found in the AUR. I take over from Grumpytoad, who offered to Mentor me on the next release. So Raider is now known as Twix, everything else stays the same 🙂 I put the sources in the same Git Repository as the ArchLinux DevStack. So, if you want to help out, you are more then welcome.
New Package gitauth

Today I publishe a new package (gitauth) to the AUR. I have already written some lines about gitauth. Mainly it is a ruby written replacement for Gitosis. This will be in the future a major part of the ArchLinux Developement Stack.

Just now I received an email, that the ArchLinux Development Stack has been added to the Softpedia Index. I am unsure, if this is a good thing or not, but it adds visibility to the project 🙂
Hudson Package added

I made it a little early and in a very simple version. The hudson package can now be found in the AUR. This version still is running totally contained in the /opt/hudson-directory, all logs and configuration are stored in there. This will be changed in the next version of this package.
